Please enclose the claim form filled out and signed with the tire.
You will receive the address where the tire is to be returned from us by e-mail, as we ship from different warehouses all over Europe.
The tire is then sent by us to the manufacturer. He checks and decides on the complaint.
Then they get a letter and on recognition - a credit.
If the tire was mounted, an assembly fee of about 15 € will be granted depending on the manufacturer.
