Recall for various Dunlop motorcycle tires

According to Dunlop, the recall was announced in November of last year, but unfortunately, it apparently didn't reach everyone. We haven't received any information from Dunlop either.

For the sake of completeness, we are providing this information for our customers.

According to the report, motorcycle tires manufactured in production weeks 43, 44, and 45 of 2024 and bearing the DOT numbers 4324, 4424, and 4524 are affected. These can be found on the tire sidewall. The company has not disclosed the exact reason for the recall.

2019 - RECALL DUNLOP TRAILMAX MERIDIAN

A recall was announced with Dunlop Trailmax Meridian motorcycle tires in several sizes.

Problem description: The tyres may be affected by an open tread splice that can lead to a tread bulge or tread detachment affecting the operation of the motorcycle. In case the tread detaches during high-speed operation, the motorcycle could be subject to vibration and the driver may lose control, increasing the risk of an accident.
