Milan, 5 November 2013 – The range of METZELER tyres expands from Spring 2014 . A wider range of sizes and a new version of the ME 888 MARATHON™ Ultra, the new tyre from the brand with the blue elephant, dedicated to all owners and lovers of V-Twins and the custom world. The new product, already nicknamed "Triple 8" from the US public, will be present with new sizes, including the 23-inch front, and with a Whitewall version.
The new blackwall sizes of the ME 888 MARATHON™ Ultra that complement existing ones are 130/70 R 18 M/C 63H TL, MH90 - 21 M/C 54H TL and 130/60 B 23 M/C 65H TL at the

Bridgestone Introduces the BATTLAX SPORT TOURING T30 Series of Motorcycle Tires
Bridgestone Corporation today announced the February 1, 2013 global sales launch*1 of the BATTLAX SPORT TOURING T30 - a series of radial motorcycle sport touring tires. The series will be marketed in 10 sizes for front use and 13 sizes for rear use.
The Bridgestone BATTLAX SPORT TOURING T30 is a premium brand steeped in technology refined through the company's development of MotoGP race tires, and is designed for use on medium- to large-size motorcycles. Designed for smooth handling and rider enjoyment, the series will feature new patterns and a new compound ( Front only). The tires are designed for optimum road "hugging" properties and rigidity, together with enhanced lightness, "line" tracing, dry grip and other handling characteristics.
The BATTLAX series of on-road motorcycle tires is used in the FIM Road Racing World Championship MotoGP Class for which Bridgestone is an official supplier. The BATTLAX series features an extensive lineup that includes touring to racing patterns for use on small to large-size motorcycles.
Bilbao (Spain) – The new Pirelli Angel GT tyres début on Basque soil in Bilbao for the unveiling of the latest arrival to the Ducati house, the DUCATI Multistrada 1200 S Granturismo. In fact, the new Angel GT sport touring tyre in the 190/55 R17 size on the rear and 120/70 R17 on the front will be standard equipment on this brand new version of the appreciated Borgo Panigale model as yet another demonstration of the strong "made in Italy" partnership between the two companies.
Angel GT conveys Pirelli's maximum DNA levels in terms of performance, which stays high for the entire life of the tyre, as well as remarkable mileage that is at least 15% more than the Angel ST. From February 2010 onwards Bridgestone’s latest “full spec” sport touring tyre will be available in European markets. The Battlax BT-023 replaces the BT-021, and the Japanese manufacturer reports that the new tyre offers a significant upgrade in mileage and wet performance compared with its predecessor, as well as by meeting the handling expectations of the most demanding sport riders. All in all, adds Bridgestone, the BT-023 provides a wider range of choices for larger bikes by delivering consistent high-level touring and sport riding performance.
