Some of the best-selling mid-range bikes from manufacturers such as Kawasaki, Suzuki or Honda can now be equipped with the new DUNLOP SportSmart Mk3 rear tire size 160/60 ZR17 (69W) SPORTSMART III MK3. Including naked bikes like Kawasaki Z650, Suzuki SV650 or Honda CBR500R, but also Triumph retro models like Thruxton 1200 and Speed Twin or supermoto like KTM 640 LC4 or Husqvarna 701 Supermoto.

The SportSmart Mk3 hypersport tire was launched on the market in 2019 as a high-performance country road tire and has since complemented the SportSmart TT, which is also part of Dunlop's 1st line hypersport tire range and is for both country roads and racetracks (50/50) has been developed.

The SportSmart Mk3 offers sporty-minded country road drivers an impressive performance package with a wide range of product benefits. In addition to the high dry grip values, the Mk3 also impresses in rainy and colder conditions with quick warm-up behavior and reliable wet grip. This is made possible by the Multi-Tread technology, consisting of 2 rubber compounds on the rear tire with an ingenious "Hi Silica" and "Fine Carbon" composition.

The innovative front tire contour (Dynamic Front Formula Technology) also offers a lot of trust, which not only reduces steering forces and ensures smooth handling, but also provides precise feedback to the driver in every lean angle. In combination with the impressive mileage for a hypersport tire, the SportSmart Mk3 leaves nothing to be desired on the country road and offers sports bike riders a successful and balanced high-performance package.

Dmitri Talboom, Product Manager Dunlop Motorcycle Europe: “Two years after its introduction, we are pleased to present our SportSmart Mk3 in a new rear tire size. This means that the hypersport tire is now also available to many owners of popular mid-range naked bikes and supermotos. "
