Maxxis extended its title sponsorship of the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship for a further 3 years in December 2017, after also winning its first World Championship title on Maxxis tires. This includes especially the race-proven tires for the Enduro segment like the Maxxenduro/Pro.
Maxxis belongs to the tire manufacturer CHENG SHIN. This was founded in 1967 in Yuanlin in Taiwan and belongs today with approx. 30,000 employees to the Top Ten of the world largest tire producers. Tire plants are located in Taiwan, China, Thailand and Vietnam. Since the 1990s, the brand name Maxxis has been established in the non-Asian market. CHENG SHIN is still known under the name CST. The product range with quality tires from Maxxis ranges from 3 inch industrial tires to passenger cars, motorcycle tires, light trucks and 22.5 inch truck tires.
