MICHELIN STARCROSS 6 will replace the Starcross 5 in 2022. MICHELIN STARCROSS 6 is the first motocross tire MICHELIN Silica Technology, which ensures shape retention of the tread blocks.

Compared to its predecessor, the MICHELIN STARCROSS 5, the new MICHELIN STARCROSS 6 uses technologies developed in Michelin’s R&D centers and fine-tuned on racetracks around the world to offer 16 percent more traction* and 19 percent better durability**. These improvements mean that riders can push their bikes to higher performance levels, while at the same time benefitting from longer-lasting tire performance.

Adjusted positioning of the studs in the 3 zones in the middle, in the middle and on the side, combined with a specific offset of these zones. The only goal: To offer an exceptionally good compromise between grip and steering behavior for the front axle and grip, traction and durability for the rear axle.
